Today my little girl had her very last day at school (only final exams left now). She – and all the other soon-to-be-graduates – passed on the baton to the younger students today in traditional style. It was freezing out (almost minus 20 C) but family and friends turned out to cheer the ‘abi’ class of 2011 on and out …

Where is God is this you might ask? For me it’s in my daughter’s smile today, and the way she and her friend stuck together, braved the cold, and encouraged one another in this final stage of one journey – and into the new one about to begin!
