225/365: good soil

I was teaching today. Wanted to take a photo of the spring flowers that had grown up out of the bulbs we planted back in the autumn, but forgot my camera at home. There’s something really special for me about Spring and new growth – and of course the teaching that for the wheat to grow the wheat seed has to die.

I’ll nip back this week and take a photo but in the meantime offer these lone three tulips that have sprung up in our much neglected garden this year. To me that says something about the seed falling on good soil …
