32 (365) : self portrait ‘on the way’

Thankful to God for being located in such a wonderful rural corner of England. Today was the turn of Curbar Edge (delayed action shot)

Today wasn’t as sunny or as wam as yesterday’s October heatwave – but it was lovely to be out and about again. Amazing weather for October. I sat and read my book up on the Edge white eating a picnic lunch (sandwich, banana and later an apple) … and then walked eastwards (and back!). Wonderful views over Derbyshire and south Yorkshire.

The climb back down to base camp (i.e. Cliff College) was hard on my knees! It’s a long way down folks!
